Avante charges a flat 15% platform fee on your property's booking volume — the standard rate across the network, whether you're an affiliate or listing your own property. The first R1,967 of monthly bookings covers platform hosting. From R1,967 to R10,000 the fee is capped there — no extra charge. Between R10,000 and R50,000, a standard 2.5% transaction fee applies on top. Above R50,000 in a single month, fees cap completely. Payouts are made monthly.
